About Playbook for Universal Design
The Playbook for Universal Design is part of the Universal Design Guide, an open-source platform produced by Technology Leaving No One Behind, an initiative at the Technical University of Denmark's DTU Skylab, in collaboration with the Bevica Foundation. The playbook gathers methods and activities that a facilitator can assemble into workshops for inclusive innovation, alongside companion tools such as ability, principle, digital, and bias prompt cards.
It is aimed at students, educators, startups, and teams who want to build accessibility and inclusion into their existing design process, whatever methodology they already use. The material is free and open-source, and the wider site also collects lectures, facilitation tips, and background on what universal design is.
